Installation between Flanges
PAN Check Valves are designed to be placed between flanges.

No water hammer effect
There is no water hammering effect since the valve is closed by spring before water back flow takes place.
Malfunction Free
PAN Check Valves can be used at least for five years without maintenance under general conditions. Common users can do maintenance and repair work easily.
Thin, Small and light Structure
PAN Check Valves have much shorter length and lighter weight than those of swing or lift check valves because the disc stroke is short and body has no flange.
Air Tight Precision
PAN Check Valves ensure tight sealing between disc and seat surfaces since they are lap-machined. The operation is smooth and the contacting surfaces of disc and seat wear very little.
Either horizontal or Vertical Installation
PAN Check Valves can be horizontally or Vertically. Installed because of their spring compression structure. They can also be installed at the vertical down flow sections.
No External Leakage
PAN Check Valves have no external leakage since there is no machining holes from outside.

General Application

PAN Check Valve are designed for general purpose applications, and can be used instead of swing or lift check valves.
